Ticketmaster is the official ticketing partner of The Paramount Theater Ashland.
Ticketmaster.com and The Paramount Theater Box Office are the only authorized sources for purchasing tickets to Paramount events. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets directly through these authorized channels to ensure you receive valid tickets at the official price.

Regular Hours
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
The ticket office is closed daily from 12:00 PM–1:00 PM for lunch.
Event Day Hours
Weekday Events
When an event falls on a Monday–Friday, the ticket office will remain open from 9:00 AM until 30 minutes after the event begins.
Weekend Events
When an event falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the ticket office will open 2 hours before the event and remain open until 30 minutes after the event begins.
Will Call
If you prefer not to have your tickets emailed or sent by text, you may request to have your tickets held at Will Call for pickup.
Will Call is available only when purchasing tickets by phone or in person at the ticket office. Will Call is not available for online ticket purchases.
Will Call tickets may be picked up:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- On the day of the event during event-day ticket office hours
If you need to pick up Will Call tickets after the ticket office has closed for the evening, an usher in the front lobby can assist you.
