We welcome media interest and are happy to provide information to qualified members of the press.

No-Camera Policy

Please note that no cameras, recording devices, or live streaming equipment are permitted on-site without prior written approval. This policy applies to, but is not limited to, video cameras, still photography cameras, audio recorders, and mobile devices used for recording purposes.

Unauthorized recording or photography is strictly prohibited.

Media Credentials

All members of the media wishing to cover this event must apply for official media credentials in advance. Credentials are required for access to designated media areas and any press-related activities.

To request a media credential, applicants must complete the Media Credential Request Form. Submission of the form does not guarantee approval.

Credential Review Process

Media credential requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved applicants will be notified prior to the event with additional details and guidelines.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke credentials at any time for failure to comply with event policies.
